Episode 2: John Young

Dr. John Young joins us this week on the KEYS TO SUCCESS podcast. Dr. Young has more than 30 years experience in coaching executives to lead change within their organizations. He is the Founder and Chairman of the McLaughlin Young Group, and he is also Ireland's Honorary Consul for North Carolina. He is a leader in his field and developed the Three Circles Model© which helps clients articulate an authentic view of the future, specifically a "vision" for their life and company. Dr. Young shared many keys to his success in this exciting episode, but one of our favorites was this: "I found that people didn't care about my academic credentials; what they cared about was if I could solve the problem." Thank you to Dr. Young and the McLaughlin Young Group for your participation in this podcast episode!
